I have remote access working from my home LAN (laptop to PC) How do I configure Remote Desktop to be truly remote!? I want to be able to fully access my home PC from my laptop when I’m on the road. Thanks!

There’s involve several configuration for Incoming NAT from your internet router. Logon to router as Administrator and Find NAT settings. Read the manual on how to create an incoming NAT settings. You also need to have at least one fix registered (public) IP address from your ISP. It depend on your subscription plan, but I don’t think you’ll get this if it’s a personal subcription plan. In that case, try to consult with your ISP
