Skype Pays for Calls

Skype has decided to pay for calls for a week in a good gesture for their unexplained outage. This was a serious problem for small business as many rely on Skype as main form of communication. Imagine you weren’t able to contact any of your clients and didn’t have any answers as to why. I know many freelancers that lost a lot of business and valuable time due to the lack of communication and access to their clients. In my oppinion is not even worth a small percentage of the cost that depend on Skype as their primary communication mode for their business.
