Windows 7 Ultimate is like the name describes the ultimate edition of Win7. It includes all features from any other edition and is like Windows Enterprise just for regular people (none businesses). Windows 7 Ultimate is the most expensive version and will probable only be used by the most advanced Windows users. This is probably the reason why it has been the least advertised version. The new features in this version are mostly for more advanced networking and security settings. So nothing interesting for regular users.
